How to place an order at ezee-trophies.co.uk

Navigating

You can use the search facility which can be found in the grey bar on the right hand side to search all of our products. You can search by keyword and product code.

You can also use the navigation on the left hand side to shop by sport, here we also have categories for medals and other trophies such as cups & bowls, glasses, tankards, plates, rosettes and anything else that is not sport specific.

Adding an item to the basket.

Most items have a few options before you add to basket. Once you have located the item you want to buy location the "Customise and Buy" section which is beneath the product image in the products page.

Here you may need to select 2 things:

     Some products have custom centres on them. If so, you will need to select a centre and also a centre colour (bronze, silver or gold).
     Most products allow engraving. You can engrave these items with upto 50 characters.

If the item has either of these options, icons will appear next to the product image. Here you can view the custom centres chart to help you choose a centre and also see how much engraving is for that item.

Once you are happy with your selections enter the quantity of that product you require and select "Buy now!".

You will then be taken to the basket where you can review all the items.

Checkout Process 

Once you are happy with your order select "Proceed To Checkout".

If your not already logged in you will be asked to do so. If you have not shopped with us before you will need to sign up.

Once logged in or signed up you will be taken to the following screen. Here you need to choose or add your delivery address and also confirm the delivery method by pressing the green "Select" buttons.

Upon selecting next you will then be asked to confirm your billing address as above and enter a voucher/discount code should you have one.

Once all the relevant information has been entered or selected you will be shown a summary of your order. Once confirmed you will be asked for your payment details.

Upon selecting "finish" your payment will be made and you will be shown an order recipt. This receipt will also be emailed to you.
